Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stella Jewelry, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return Period : You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.
  • Item Condition : Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or promotional items are not eligible for returns.
  • Proof of Purchase : Proof of purchase or order number must be provided for all returns.

2. Return Process

  • Return Request : To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stellajewelryshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is our error (defective item, wrong item sent). We will provide you with the return address once your request is approved.
  • Return Tracking : We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns. Stella Jewelry is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time : Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Ineligible Items : Personalized items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs : Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

4. Exchanges

  • Eligibility : If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so by returning the unwanted item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.
  • Deadline : Exchanges are subject to item availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@stellajewelryshop.com . We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and we will cover the shipping costs.
